Cancellation Policy
We offer a straightforward cancellation policy; you may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total reservation price if you cancel 29 days before arrival. However, we can move your dates subject to availability and payment of any pricing difference if you cancel 14 days before arrival.
Payment Details
Your confirmation email will be sent to your email address shortly after you make the reservation. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail.Later, we will email you the bank details so you can pay via bank transfer.
