😀 - Tutto perfetto. Appartamento rinnovato di recente. Pavimenti, finestre e rifiniture nuovi. Doccia molto grande. Molto comodi sia il letto matrimoniale alla francese che il divano letto. Il parcheggio privato è all'interno della proprietà. Cucina dotata di tutto, lavastoviglie compresa. L'appartamento si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lubiana. 😞 - None

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, non abbiamo mai utilizzato la macchina perché in centro si può arrivare comodamente a piedi
😀 - Tutto perfetto, l’appartamento e’ molto ordinato e pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. C’è anche uno spazio esterno che d’estate penso si possa utilizzare. Il parcheggio e’ molto utile perché in zona è’ difficile trovare posto. 😞 - Nulla

Rules

  • Reservations via this web page can not be cancelled "Non-Cancelable-Non-Returnable (NCNR)".
  • After the reservation, we will send you the bank account details to pay, and after receiving the funds, we will reconfirm your stay.
  • The tourist tax is not included in the price and should be paid in cash before departure. From 1 January 2019, the tourist tax for Ljubljana is € 3.13 per person per night. For children aged 7-18, the tourist tax for Ljubljana is reduced by 50% and is 1.57 euros per person per night.
  • For the self-check-in, the guests should send their passport/ID by WhatsApp or e-mail before checking in.
  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out before 10:00 AM
  • One free parking space per apartment - except apartment no. 6 - Micro Apartment - No Parking
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Quiet time between 10:00 PM & 7:00 AM
  • No parties or events are allowed in the apartments. Parties or behaviours that threaten the peace of the neighbourhood are not allowed. You are obliged to respect the facilities, furniture and decoration of the apartment and common areas and to use them properly exclusively for accommodation. Due to local regulations and company policy, we avoid apartment noise during rest periods (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
  • It would be best to lock the door whenever you leave the apartment. The host is not responsible in case of theft or loss of personal belongings.
  • By accepting these general conditions of the house, you become responsible to Smartpro d.o.o. regarding all of the above, so this responsibility is extensible and binding for all companions. The indicated responsibilities include but are not limited to damages that may occur during the stay, the authenticity of the information provided for the reservation and the payment method used to rent the apartment.
