Cancellation policy

As our web page prices are much discounted from the Booking and Airbnb prices (up to 20 %), a full downpayment is needed to confirm the reservation. After receiving your reservation, we will send you the bank account details for payment.

A strict 30-day cancellation policy applies. Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, they will receive no refund.
