Cancellation policy
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Apartments Trnovo. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies and house rules.
Booking & Payment
Our website offers rates up to 20% lower than those on Booking.com and Airbnb. To secure these discounted rates, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. After your reservation is confirmed, we will provide our bank account details for payment.
Once the funds are received, your booking will be reconfirmed.
Cancellation Policy
A firm cancellation policy applies to all reservations:
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
In
exceptional cases, guests may request to
transfer their reservation to a later date, subject to availability.
The new reservation must be for the
same apartment, and any
price difference between the original and new dates will be applied.
This change must be requested
at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival; otherwise, it cannot be accommodated.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash before departure.
- From 1 January 2019, the tourist tax in Ljubljana is €3.13 per person per night.
- For children aged 7–18, the tax is reduced by 50% to €1.57 per person per night.
Check-In & Identification
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM
- Check-out: before 10:00 AM
- For self-check-in, please send a copy of your passport or ID via WhatsApp or email before arrival.
Parking
Each apartment includes one free parking space, except Apartment No. 6 – Micro Apartment, which does not have one. Guests of Apartment 6 may use the nearby public parking (approx. 100 m away).
House Rules
- Pets: Not allowed
- Smoking: Not allowed
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited
- Any behavior disturbing the peace of the neighborhood is not permitted.
- Please respect the apartment, furniture, and common areas, using them solely for accommodation purposes.
- Lock the door whenever you leave. The host is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
Liability
By accepting these house rules, you agree to be fully responsible to Smartpro d.o.o. for compliance. This responsibility extends to all accompanying guests and includes, but is not limited to:
- Damages during your stay
- Accuracy of reservation details
- Validity of payment method
